KIS FACILITIES:

KAINAT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a wonderful, specially designed, well-equipped facility as a day school of the fine quality. The school provides an excellent educational experience in a safe and nurturing environment.

LIBRARY

Every educational institution requires a well stocked library to help encourage the reading habit in its students. Our school library provides students with a range of books on multiple subjects and also provides them with a quiet space to read and study. Under the expert guidance of our librarian teacher, students can find the right books and resources for their academic growth.

A well-resourced library enables students to enrich and expand their horizons. The KIS library has a vast and diverse collection of books for children of all levels. It is constantly expanding its resource centre stocked with books, journals, videos, etc. The huge state of the art library is at the heart of our school community. It enables, encourages and empowers teaching and learning for all members of the school community. The role of the library is to provide a dynamic and flexible space that is innovatively designed with best practices and research in mind where students can explore and use various resources in different formats. They are encouraged to grow and become passionate learners and individuals where the world of knowledge opens up to them. It has a reading corner for our younger children, a study area for our older students, access to current and archived periodicals, and the latest books of fiction, non-fiction and academics. Library and reading time include teachers working with small groups for guided reading.

SPORTS

Sports and physical activities are an important part of a child’s development and we give it very high importance in our school. Students participate in a wide range of structured sporting activities such as PT drills, football, cricket, martial arts and many more sports. Students are also encouraged to play freely to encourage social and developmental skills. Our school is well known for winning trophies at all types of inter school sporting events and tournaments. KAINAT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL has a variety of sport fields to encourage specialized learning in various indoor and outdoor activities. In addition, there is a spacious multi-purpose hall and as well as a fully-equipped sports room.

ART & MUSIC

We strongly believe in encouraging the creative side our children so that they develop into well rounded individuals. This also identifies talented students who can be guided and encouraged to explore their gifts positively. Children who are exposed to arts and music are also happier and better adjusted. Our arts and music classes under experienced teachers ensures that each child enjoys and participates in these activities.

SCIENCE LABORATORIES:

Scientific temperament and curiosity is an important trait that must be encouraged among our students. Our well equipped science lab allows students to conduct experiments in a variety of subjects and supplement their book learning with practical experience. Our science teachers are always at hand to provide instructions, guidance and ensure the safe conduct of the experiments.

The school has a separate physics, chemistry and biology lab with fully equipped with all the required and latest tools. All the laboratories tools are modern and safe.

INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY LABORATORIES (ICT):

Computer technology is an essential skill that must be developed early among the children today. Our computer lab has the latest computers and software to help children develop the basic skills of operating, programming and using computers for a variety of tasks. Students are guided by expert teachers to develop comfort and expertise in operating computers that will help them greatly in the future.

The fully networked ICT (Information and Communication Technology) laboratories are equipped with the latest computers and other state of the art IT applications, including interactive learning tools and also offer Internet connectivity. Our computers are all high grade TFT screen units with ancillary printers and are carefully monitored. Each child has his own work-station and access to an individual computer for hands-on practice. Our teaching aids are also consistently upgraded to facilitate awareness and knowledge.

SAFE DRINKING WATER

School provides safe drinking water for its children. A commercial heavy duty reverse osmosis plant is set up in the school premises to provide clean drinking water chilled by 3 chillers.

THE COMPLETE BUILDING

The attractive building has brightly colored classrooms and wide, opens walkways. Outside, there is a basketball court, a big playground and separate lawn play areas for nursery and junior children. Separate spacious laboratories has been designed and equipped to match with the best in the city.
