Admission Process

Age Criteria, as on 31st March, 2024:

  • Class 1: 5-6 years (born between 1 April 2016 and 31 March 2017)
  • Class 2: 6-7 years (born between 1 April 2015 and 31 March 2016)
  • Class 3: 7-8 years (born between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2015)
  • Class 4: 8-9 years (born between 1 April 2013 and 31 March 2014)
  • Class 5: 9-10 years (born between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013)
  • Class 6: 10-11 years (born between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012)
  • Class 7: 11-12 years (born between 1 April 2010 and 31 March 2011)
  • Class 8: 12-13 years (born between 1 April 2009 and 31 March 2010)
  • Class 9: 13-14 years (born between 1 April 2008 and 31 March 2009)
  • Class 10: 14-15 years (born between 1 April 2007 and 31 March 2008)
  • Class 11: 15-16 years (born between 1 April 2006 and 31 March 2007)
  • Class 12: 16-17 years (born between 1 April 2005 and 31 March 2006)

 

Registration of your ward does not mean the confirmation of admission in the school.

Admission is purely based upon the availability of seats.

For online registration, the form has to be filled online under admission link on school website in Admissions Tab All the fields in the form are required to be filled.

 

Parents are required to upload the following documents before submitting the form:

  • Birth Certificate from Registrar of Birth & Death (for students seeking admission in Classes Nursery to I)
  • Report card of last exam attended (for students of Classes II & above)
  • Passport size photographs (one each) of the child, father & mother.
  • Proof of current residential address (either Passport/Rent agreement/Electricity bill/Land line phone bill/ Lease agreement/Voter ID /Aadhaar Card).
  • Aadhaar Card of the student, father &mother.

 

Please check each and every entry of the form before the final submission.

Once the Registration Form is submitted, a popup showing Registration Form No. (For example 2023/online/1001) will be displayed.

Registration Form will be submitted and a unique Registration No. (Application id) will be generated.

Parents will be informed through Email & SMS regarding the syllabus and the date and time of visit to the school for Interaction & Admission test & verification of original documents.

Parents along with the ward(s) are required to carry the hardcopy of the Registration Form with the copy of all the documents and visit the School Reception on the mentioned date and time given for Interaction & Admission test.

Parents will have to complete the admission formalities of their ward(s) within the mentioned date and time as conveyed through email id and SMS.

On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time, failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.

Fees will be submitted in four quarters:

  • First quarter - April to June
  • Second quarter- July to September
  • Third quarter- October to December
  • Fourth quarter- January to March

 

  • Quarterly tuition fee payable before 15th of April, July, October and January.
